Client Care Solutions will run a promotion for two (2) weeks where we will have one (1) winner who will receive a customer service training for their customer facing staff.

ENTRY CRITERIA

1. The interested would have to be an SME employing 5-10 Customer facing staff
2. The SME will have to share the competition post on their page and their followers need to like our page and the shared post. The SME with the most likes wins the free training
3. This competition is not limited to any line of business (Entertainment, Sports, Beauty, Hospitality, Health, Banking, Food, Retail, e.t.c)
4. Promotion will run for 2 weeks starting 22^nd

CCS RESPONSIBILITY

1. Ensure to deliver the training including (Tea, water, Certificates and light snacks)
2. Mystery shopping before and after the training
